My second project is about schools, once again for the duration of the Good Depression. Schools back in the day had been funded mostly through local property taxes, and the Excellent Depression decimated the nearby property tax base, so schools had been getting severely underfunded. This project appears at which forms of students kept going to college in the course of the Good Depression and which ones dropped out.
